How do I update my password?

  1. At the top of the New Penn home page, click on Login
  2. Click the Manage Account link under your name in the upper left corner.
  3. Scroll down the form to the Change Password field and enter the new password then click SAVE.

How do I print a copy of my Bill of Lading?

  1. From the confirmation page after completing the BOL, click on the PRINT BOL icon
  2. Or, click on the MyBOLs & Templates tool, under Your Tools list. Find the applicable BOL from the list and click the REVIEW icon to display the BOL for printing.

How do I create Labels?

  1. While creating the bill of lading, there is a section on the PREVIEW page step. Enter the number of labels to be printed and click a section within the label sheet image to indicate where to start printing the labels on the form. You need to indicate the number of labels before completing the bill of lading.
  2. From the confirmation page after completing the BOL, click on the PRINT LABELS icon
  3. Or, click on the MyBOLs & Templates tool, under Your Tools list. Find the applicable bill of lading from the list and click the LABELS icon to display the labels for printing
  4. If you forget to enter the labels needed, click on the MyBOLs & Templates tool, under Your Tools list. Find the applicable BOL from the list and click the EDIT icon to edit the bill of lading. Then, continue through the bill of lading to enter the number of labels needed and submit the updated bill of lading.

How do I find a valid zip/postal code?

  1. Click on the Zip Finder link to display a search screen.
  2. Enter your city/state in the field and click FIND.
  3. Once the query results are displayed, select the appropriate city/zip combination and it will automatically fill in the field on the tool.

How do I create a template?

  1. Once you complete a Bill of Lading or a Pickup request, you will see a SAVE TEMPLATE field at the bottom of the confirmation page. Enter a template name and click SAVE TEMPLATE button.
  2. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page to confirm the new template.

How do I use a saved template for a Bill of Lading or Pickup request?

  1. Accessing saved templates can be found on the first page of the tool.
  2. Start typing part of the template name or select from the drop-down on the Create Bill of Lading from Template field or Create New Pickup Request from Template field.
  3. Select your template and click the GO button.
  4. All the data from the template will populate the fields.

How do I see if I scheduled a pickup from my Bill of Lading?

  1. From the Your Tools list, click on MyBOLs & Template tool.
  2. Find the applicable bill of lading and check the Status column. If a pickup was scheduled, you will see PICKUP SCHEDULED in that field. Otherwise, the status will show BOL Created.
