The result? A website that saves New Penn customers a significant amount of time and effort:
- Get an online rate quote in less than six seconds
- Submit requests any time of day and schedule pickups with 3 simple steps
- View all shipments at a glance, and find a shipment without a tracking number
Mobile-friendly access
Freight companies aren’t the only ones on the move, everyone is. We’ve put up-to-date shipment status right in the palms of our customers’ hands. Customers can view their account and use our shipping tools on any device – whether on a laptop in the office, a tablet in the warehouse or a smartphone over lunch.
My Dashboard feature
With the My Dashboard feature, users can customize their dashboard by adding and arranging the tools they use most often, such as:
- Shipment tracking
- Retrieving documents
- Getting transit times
Current Shipments tool
The enhanced Current Shipments tool provides delivery information on any shipment not delivered in the last 14 days and for any shipment delivered in the previous two days. Inbound and third-party shipment information is also easily accessible. The Current Shipments tool dynamically displays:
- Tracking number
- Pickup date
- Delivery date
- PCS/weight
- Status
Online tutorials and help desk
YouTube is the second largest search engine, ranked right behind Google. With more people searching for videos, we uploaded easy-to-follow tutorials for New Penn’s online shipping tools. For customers who want additional assistance, the online help desk and customer service is just a click or call away.
